San Diego Wave FC:

San Diego Wave FC (the Wave) is a professional women’s soccer team located in San Diego, California. As an expansion team, the club entered the National Women’s Soccer League in the 2022 season, marking San Diego’s first women’s professional soccer team since 2003, following the dissolution of the Women’s United Soccer Association and the subsequent disbandment of the San Diego Spirit.
